## Required relationship principles

- Every business record carries `workspace_id`; cross-tenant queries are denied by default.
- Contact is the hub for conversations, appointments, opportunities, tasks, submissions and activity events.
- Activity is append-only; mutable records emit immutable audit/activity events.
- Templates store configuration manifests, not tenant data or secrets.
- Role grants are scoped by workspace and optionally by ownership/team; financial and security permissions are separately elevated.
