# Phase Recommendations

## Phase 1 — Core CRM

- Multi-tenant agency/workspace boundary; workspace switcher.
- Contacts, companies, tags, custom fields, duplicate handling and unified activity timeline.

- Roles, assigned/team/all scopes, audit log, import/export safeguards and essential settings.

## Phase 2 — Communications and scheduling

- Calendars, availability, event types, booking pages, appointments, reminders and external calendar/video integrations.
- Forms and submissions feeding contacts, opportunities and notifications.
- Basic invoices/payment links only if demanded by initial customers.

## Phase 3 — Automations

- Versioned trigger-condition-action builder, waits/branches, enrollment controls, dry runs, logs, retries, idempotency and rollback.
- Templates for follow-up, form response, appointment reminders, task creation and pipeline stage changes.

## Phase 4 — Client SaaS management

- Workspace provisioning, plans/entitlements, agency/client billing separation, usage, invitations and suspension.
- Versioned workspace templates with manifests, diff preview, safe application and rollback.
- Agency portfolio dashboard and controlled support access.

## Phase 5 — Marketing and advanced tools

- Advanced attribution, scheduled/custom reporting, social publishing, reputation, surveys/quizzes, affiliate features and richer commerce.

## Not initially recommended

- Full website/funnel/store/blog builder, memberships/courses/community, white-label mobile/desktop apps, AI-agent marketplace, WordPress hosting, QR codes, prospecting suite, ad manager, swag/education portals, broad affiliate network, domain resale and dozens of resold add-ons.

These features expand support, compliance and integration cost before the CRM’s core data model and daily workflows are proven.
